In 2018, I founded Allison's Custom Cuts, a platform through which I marketed and sold handcrafted goods of my own design. My focus mainly revolved around producing vinyl decals and painted items. I successfully marketed my products both through physical store locations and on the Etsy platform. Additionally, I ventured into digital designs alongside my tangible creations.
My Roles:
Overseeing the entire process of designing, producing, and distributing both ready-made and custom vinyl decals.
Skillfully managing sales on the Etsy platform and within brick-and-mortar craft stores, consistently emphasizing creativity, top-notch quality, and customer contentment in a rapidly changing market environment.
Successfully broadening market outreach to encompass seven countries and forty-eight states, thereby establishing a robust global and nationwide footprint.
Achieving proficiency in crafting diverse items such as wall art, signage, and digital designs.
