Overview

I began as a server and bartender but quickly advanced to a floor manager role, taking on leadership responsibilities within the restaurant. In addition to managing daily operations, I took ownership of the restaurant’s website and social media channels, where I’m currently focused on modernizing the platforms and expanding our digital presence to better connect with customers.

01 Defining Needs

Stakeholder Meeting:

  • Began with discussions with the owners regarding their envisioned brand identity.

Competitor Analysis:

  • Examined other restaurants that stakeholders identified as sharing a similar ambiance.

02 Social Media

Following a deliberative post approval process, the stakeholders concluded that the optimal approach would involve entrusting me with generating and overseeing posts, while also ensuring alignment on content related to specials and events.

03 Website

Online Presence:

  • Agreed upon the need for a comprehensive website overhaul and recognized the necessity of bolstering their visibility on Facebook and Instagram.

User Interface:

  • They communicated the wish to uphold a cohesive theme by employing lowercase letters for specials and menu posts on social media, aligning with the logo style.

  • Collaboratively settled on a suitable color palette.
